Q: What is the turn around time for awards?
A: Turn around time varies depending on the type of award(s) that are being ordered. Simple orders low in quantity would take a day or two to complete. Large orders would take about a week to complete. Factors that affect turn around time are: quantity, difficulty and whether we have the items in stock when ordered.

Q: I came in to your store and saw a particular item I like, but I don't see it on the website. Why is that?
A: Not all items are displayed on the website.

Q: I have to order some awards and I need them right away. Could you do it?
A: We will try out best to complete the order in time, but we cannot guarentee that we will get it done on time. If we do finish on time, we will have to charge you a rush fee.

Q: How will I know when my order is ready?
A: Your order should be ready on the date you specified. We will also call you when it is ready..

Q: Can I order by fax or phone?
A: Yes, you may order by fax or email, but we strongly discourage from placing an order over the phone as mistakes can be easily made when dealing with the wording for an item.

Q: I have a graphic that I want lasered/sublimated on my award, what format do you need it in?
A: Graphic files have to be in vector format. Eps, ai (Adobe Illustrator), cdr (Corel Draw) files are a acceptable. PLEASE NOTE that vector artwork is different from bitmaps (jpeg, gif, etc). Bitmaps are made of pixels and vector artwork is not. We do accept bitmaps, but they must be in a high resolution (ex: 1000 x 1000 pixels).

Q: What types of payments do you accept?
A: We accept credit cards, cash and checks.
